When not creating beautiful garments, Eva Danielle supports their family-founded charity, Helping Homeless Animals, which finds loving and safe homes for homeless, neglected, and abused animals, while bringing awareness to the cause. Part of the proceeds of each sale goes to helping these suffering animals and giving them the proper care and love they need.
Here are a few stories of rescue:
This is Eva feeding with a little black and white kitten, found abandoned in someone's backyard, where her mother abandoned her because of a respiratory issue. Luckily, Eva Danielle was able to rescue her and treat her in time and she's doing well now.

Gypsie was another cat abandoned in someone's yard because her mother had abandoned her. Many stray mothers will neglect/abandon their kittens if they believe they are not fit to survive.

Here is Mimi, a cat whose owner passed away, and had no place to go. Eva brought her to the production house and here she is playing in a scrap pile.

Henrietta, here at Thanksgiving, is an aging cat, who was in the same situation as Mimi. When these domestic cats are declawed and sent out into the wild after years with an owner, they have no chance of surviving. Someone needs to step in and take charge!

Eva's brother, Harrison, found an old and limping Mac wandering near his house. He had just been hit by a car, had cataracts in both eyes, and had a severe case of road burn. Many families in Miami simply release their family pets because they are too old and are too much to handle. This picture is Mac after his first stroke, and he has now lost the ability to use his hind legs. Eva and her family decided not to have poor Mac put to sleep because he had an incredible will to live. Eva and Harrison built him a small wheelchair and he survived happily for two years until he passed away.

And here is Mama, cleaning her kittens -- Gigi, Challah, and Howie. Mama was found pregnant, on a stormy day. After delivering the kittens, Eva and her family debated whether or not to give the kittens away. However, Mama was amazingly attached to her babies and cried if someone else handled them, so they decided to keep them for a little while.

Now, what is a challenge is finding homes for these grown cats. Everybody wants a cute little kitten, and it's unfortunate that these older cats cannot be adopted. While these cats are being cared for with love and affection, they are still looking for a great home to go to!
